Add Google Maps in WordPress Website 

Sometimes it is very important to add Google Maps in our WordPress website. Let's know how we can add Google Maps to our WordPress website.

We are going to add Google Maps in just two steps:

The first step : is to add our location to Google Maps. To add our location let's go to https://www.google.com/maps and a zoom into a location. Now keep mouse cursor exactly on the location and then click that and now we will get a box. Just click on the number which is shown bottom of the monitor. After clicking we will see a box left side of the screen. To add location to Google Maps just click add a missing place. Now we will be able to enter the details of our place. So enter our business name then choose it category and enter our address here. If we want to add more details we can add this below of this in another box. So once we have entered all the details just click send. Now we have submitted our location to Google Maps. A few hours our location will be successfully added.

Now step 2 : which is to add our new location to our website. To add the location first we'll click done (It will appear a pop up box). Now to go back to the location we added let's click top left corner 3 bar sign (menu). Then click your contributions. Now if we click Edit we can see the location which we added before. Let's click on it and this is the place which we added. Now to add this location to our website click Share and then click Embed a map and we will see a preview of the map which can be added to our site. Now to add this map to our website we need to copy this Embed code by clicking copy HTML. Now to paste the code let's go to WordPress and then go to pages. Go to the page where we want to add the map. Click Edit and pest the code where we want to preview the map. Now just click update. If we click view page we can see that. We now have the map on our page. So this is how we can add Google Maps to our WordPress website.
