It is sometimes very important to add live chat box to our WordPress website. let's discuss how you can add a live chat to your website.  We add live chat box to our website by using website Crisp. We are going to do this in just two steps-

First step :

Create an account on a website called Crisp. Crisp site link is https://websitelearners.com/get/crisp . Create an account on crisp.  just click 'Use Crisp for free'.

Fill up details so enter your email password and name then click continue. you now enter your website dwelling and your website make known then click continue. Click finalize to create your account. Thus we have created a crisp account.

Step Two :

In this step connect your crisp account with your website. For connecting it we install the Chris plugin on our website. To install the plug-in let's go to our WordPress dashboard and then go to plugins and click add new. Now search for a plug-in called crisp and you'll get this plugin. So let's click install.

Activate the plugin, So the crisp plugin is installed on our website. Now to connect your website with the crisp account just click connect with crisp and then click continue. That's it our website is now connected with crispy. So let's go back to our inbox by clicking 'Go to my Inbox'. Now back on our light chat inbox. Once you reach this page the light chat will be active on your website. Thus you can see that we have the live chat.
